I HAVE A food slicer that needs the screw that holds in the blade.?

It is a KITCHEN SELECTIVES brand, & i’m hoping that someone can find an address or telephone number for that company. i have looked everywhere i can think of, & need some help. kind of hard to slice meat/veggies when i can’t attach the blade. LOL thanx for the help all!

Mandolin slicers O.K. for cooked meat?

I want to slice home-cooked turkey breast really thin like they do in the deli, to use for sandwiches. I don’t want to buy a motorized slicer, so I was thinking that I would buy a mandolin. Has anyone tried this? Does it work, or would the meat get stuck in the blade?
